I'm dizzy, shaking, sweating and starving!?

First, you DO NOT have diabetes! You have hypoglycemia which is low blood sugar. The carbohydrates in food turn into sugar and go into your blood which raises the sugar in your blood making you feel better. Symptoms of low blood sugar is sweaty, shaking, weak, hungry, blurry vision, dizzy, headache, and if you have extremely low blood sugar you could pass out. You should go to a doctor to get this fixed but just eat or drink something when you're feeling bad it'll help lots. Oh yeah, don't confuse hyPERglycemia (high blood sugar) with hyPOglycemia.
