Advised to get a biliary CT because of findings of an Abdominal & pelvic CT scan....?

A section of the report states...The common bile duct is mildly dilated measuring 1.1cm in its greatest dimension. The distal duct terminates fairly abruptly in the pancreatic head w/out significant tapering. There is an ill-defined density in the region of biliary papilla extending to the region of the duodenum which measures 1.7cm. Air-fluid level is present which could be related to a duodenal diverticulum near the biliary papilla. A 1cm periceliac node.
