How can I create the best player possible in NBA 2k10?

I am having trouble getting triple doubles. I was thinking that its because of my tendencies. I want to create him to get triple doubles but only gets double doubles on simulation. I'm trying to beat the records. He is at 7'6'' starting at center and second position at pg to increase the assists.
