How do I register a domestic partnership in Pittsburgh?
My partner and I want to register as domestic partners. We liven carnegie, pa, which is borough of Pittsburgh. Are we even eligible based on our location? Where do we go to register? There is no information about this on either the Pittsburgh or Pennsylvania website.
