How Would Someone Play Russian Roulette, Native American Style?

I’m just wondering because we’re thinking about livening up a party we’re having next weekend and want to do something more original. At the last party we tried Polish Roulette but the game simply didn’t last long enough to be much fun. So any ideas on how we could try Roulette again in Native American style?
