I need some ideas to reorganize my room. Any suggestions?

My room consists of a dresser, a bunk bed, 3 ottomans, a bookshelf, a smaller shelf I put my jeans on, 2 big chairs that can be folded up, 3 office organizers, a several boxes to put things in. I have about $35 and I don't want to spend all of it. (I'm 12). I basically just want to move things around. I share a room with my 9-year old sister and she wanted sides, so we got sides...Please give sugggestions that don't involve too much work. Also ideas for little things to liven up the room would be appreciated! Everything is sorta bland. Thanks SO much! xD
