What could Vince Mcmahon do to liven up Monday night Raw?

I say..you actually have wrestlers wrestle rather than tease the audience (the rock and john cena) last night. I remember in the WcW at the end of monday nitro every wrestler from the back would come out and there would be a huge melee..almost every week..I miss that-it's better than two guys just staring at each other talking trash.
