What types of plants can 'reside' in a tiny cup or bowl?

Baby's tears are always fun, and they look cute growing out of a teacup! You can also do a pothos plant, English ivy, moon cactus or a small succulent like the string of beads plant, Crassula 'Morgan's Beauty' or the jelly bean plant. Just go to your local garden center and pick up one of those tiny little cactus-looking plants, and they should be fine as long as your window gets a lot of good indirect light (if your window faces south, you'll be fine). I'd go with succulents or cacti because then you won't have to worry about watering them as often. Smaller pots tend to dry out quicker, and you'll have to water them more often if they're not a low-water plant.
