What's the name of this non-English speaking movie?

There's a guy who arrives at a place by bus and is then taken by car or taxi to a town where he's given a place to live and a job to go to but everyone is so dull and conformist, he tries to liven things up but they don't like it and they get rid of him by putting him back in the bus, in the baggage/motor compartment and is taken away. At one point he's digging into a wall where he almost reaches a normal place but is found out and taken away. It's like he's in some sort of limbo. It was made in Europe, Denmark or Sweden or somewhere like that.
